No. Unlike some other Locksmith companies, we will NOT charge you for the time taken to get to and from your property. We only charge a labour rate for the Locksmith’s time whilst on site with you.

In all emergency locksmith situations, we will respond with efficiency and haste and operate a 30 to 60-minute* emergency response time.  For non-emergency situations, we can often be with you that day or at a time that is convenient for you.

We accept all forms of credit cards (except American Express), debit cards and cash.
If you are a business that needs a Locksmith regularly, we offer a business accounts service. It’s free, easy, and hassle-free to join, available anywhere in the UK and offers a wide range of benefits including 30-day invoice payment terms, a guaranteed 2-hour response time for any service and more.

Yes. All our Locksmiths are fully checked before working with us. All our Locksmiths are assessed and DBS (formerly CRB) checked.

Our Locksmiths carry a wide selection of door locks, handles and cylinders including British Standard euro cylinders, mortice, and Yale-type locks on board our vehicles. They may also carry other stock, but if any specialist or unique parts are needed for a job they can be ordered, and our locksmiths will return to fit the part once it’s been delivered.

Yes! All our Locksmiths are fully trained and skilled in non-destructive entry and should be able to gain entry to a lock. In some instances, we may need to use destructive entry as the method to gain access, but this is usually only if asked by our customers or in emergencies.

Yes, all parts provided and fitted by us are guaranteed for 12 months. You may need to provide proof of receipt, so keep hold of any paperwork given to you by us or our Locksmiths.
